These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AndyAI websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider and Contact

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract.
You are responsible for account credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate registration and billing information.
3. Service Nature and AI Output
The Services use automated systems and third-party model providers to generate outputs. AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, offensive, or outdated.
You must review and validate outputs before relying on them. The Services are not legal, medical, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
4. Your Content and Our License
You retain ownership of prompts, files, and other content you submit ("Input"), and outputs returned by the Services ("Output"), subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and use Input and Output as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Services, and to comply with law.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rights.
- Generate malware, phishing content, fraud, or other harmful activity.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality obligations.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the Services.
- Bypass safety controls or use the Services for high-risk harm.
6. Fees, Billing, and Taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated. Fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, and government charges, which you are responsible for.
We may change pricing with prior notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the next billing cycle begins.
7. Termination and Suspension
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risk, legal reasons, or abuse.
8. Confidentiality and Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures appropriate to risk, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for choosing what data you submit.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AndyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Our total aggregate liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify AndyAI and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, excluding conflict of laws rules. Courts in Lagos State, Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Services or email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of updated Terms.
